Associate Pastor Eric and His Wife April
Eric McCrickard has spent most of his life in Lexington, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, a Master’s degree in Christian Apologetics, and a Doctor of Ministry in Theology and Apologetics. Eric has held many positions in church leadership, from Deacon to Children’s ministry. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran and a retiree from the Lexington Police Department, serving our community for twenty years. At the Mission Church of Lexington, Eric serves in student ministry, leads our Christian Apologetics class (Illuminate,) and is Associate Pastor. Additionally, he serves in the church’s Trail Life troop and leads the Young Adults group. He is married to a godly woman (April) and also a Lexington Police retiree who serves in women’s ministry and assists in student ministry and young adults. They have three children, all of whom know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Eric has been led to evangelism through Christian Apologetics and, on this platform, take the Gospel of Christ to our communities and strengthen the faith and understanding of the body of Christ. Thus “equipping the saints for the work of service (Eph. 4:12.)”
